Rashi Malhotra Director of Operations A leader and a go-getter since her school days at Springdales in New Delhi, India, Rashi Malhotra still thrives on challenges. After majoring in English Literature and Public Relations at the University of Delhi, Rashi moved from India to the United States in 2002. Although, leaving India was one of the hardest decisions she had to make, it has proved to be one of the best. She holds an additional degree in English at the University of Colorado, Boulder. She financed her entire education by simultaneously working two jobs. In addition to working at Starbucks, she also served as the Global Public Relations Manager at Webcapacity Inc., an Internet company where she helped grow two popular Internet dating sites, IndianMatrimonials.com and IndianDating.com. These sites cater to singles in the Indian community around the world. In addition to general PR, Customer Support and Administration, she also helped organize on-location events and promotions in New York City, Boston, Chicago and Washington D.C. In order to begin her professional career, upon graduation she moved to New York City where she started working for StoreBoard Media, and the rest is history. Joining the company as its seventh employee, she was able to get in on the ground floor and has become a valuable member of the StoreBoard Management Team. She works as the Director of Operations handling inventory management, production and installation management and operations support. A resident of New York City, Rashi explores Manhattan and enjoys its museums and theatre when she is not working into the wee hours at StoreBoards. |
