StoreBoard Media™ Opens Minneapolis Office and Adds Edward Parker to Management Team as Senior Vice President

NEW YORK, March 29, 2010— StoreBoard Media™, America's largest indoor billboard network and one of Inc. magazine's fastest-growing private U.S. companies, announced today that it has opened a new office in Minneapolis. The office will be run by Edward Parker, who has joined StoreBoard as senior vice president, responsible for supporting the company's retail initiatives and helping to expand its retail network.

"Edward Parker brings to StoreBoard Media a two-decade track record of developing profitable in-store and online marketing programs, as well as award-winning retail environments," said Doug Leeds, StoreBoard's chief executive officer. "He is a great addition to our management team at a time when we are poised to expand our in-store media network beyond the drug store category. Ed's relationships and expertise in myriad categories of retail will be of great value as we enter this next phase of our growth."

Parker, a Minneapolis native, joins StoreBoard from Supervalu, where he was director of sales and marketing for the company's Store Design Services division. In that role, Parker represented to independent grocers nationwide all the services necessary to create powerful retail environments including store planning, architecture & engineering, interior design, branding, visual merchandising, project management and equipment procurement. The SDS division won prestigious design awards in 2006, 2008 and 2009 from The Association of Retail Environments (A.R.E.).

Earlier, Parker was senior vice president at MediZine, a New York based healthcare media company. MediZine's namesake quarterly guidebook, MediZine Healthy Living, grew under Parker's guidance from distribution in a few chains to more than 70 pharmacy chains totaling 30,000+ stores in the U.S. He was also instrumental in MediZine's launch of Diabetes Focus, the nation's largest diabetes magazine recognized in 2007 as the nation's "Best Consumer Health Publication" by Medical Marketing & Media.

Parker earned a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's in business administration from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He also attended the ESADE business school in Barcelona, Spain and received their Certificate in International Management. He is a member of the Retail Design Institute, a member of Globalshop's event committee and a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
